Medidas sustitutivas a magistrados implicados en el caso Ostreicher
La audiencia que había sido suspendida ayer, hoy se llevó a cabo por más de seis horas, en este tiempo los abogados defensores y la Fiscalía presentaron sus argumentos ante el juez Zubieta para que se determine la situación jurídicia de los magistrados acusados.
Pasadas las 17:00 y tras escuchar los alegatos, el juez Zubieta emitió su fallo en el que se indicaba una fianza de Bs 30.000 y arresto domiciliario para ambos. En el caso de Rodríguez la Fiscalía lo imputó por haber revertido el fallo de libertad a favor de Ostreicher.
Las investigaciones dieron cuenta de que el profesional recibió presiones por parte del exfiscal de distrito Isabelino Gómez; del expresidente del Tribunal de Justicia Ariel Rocha (prófugo) y de los exfiscales Janeth Velarde y Roberto Achá.
Mientras que en el caso de Arévalo, fue por haber suspendido en varias oportunidades las audiencias de cesación de detención de Ostreicher.
